Lake Whitney Cabin is located on the western shore of Lake Whitney, Texas, off of highway 56 and just outside the town of Whitney. It is 40 miles north of Waco and 60 miles south of Dallas/Fort Worth. Click here for driving directions.

Be sure to look for the Crazy Dog Barn drive through beverage center on your way to our cabin if you need to pick up some cold drinks or snacks! It's located on 1713 on the right hand side. There are also 2 small grocery/convenience stores and gas stations within a few miles of the Cabin and two large grocery stores located in Whitney. In Whitney you can also find numerous convenience stores, fast food establishments, several restaurants as well as an array of small shops both on and around the town square. There are also boat and jet ski rentals available nearby, and fishing guide services. Whitney also has a hospital with a staffed Emergency Room and EMS service.

In Hillsboro, 13 miles east of Whitney, is the Prime Outlet Mall, historic Courthouse, and downtown antique shops.
